It's awesome to see how he put it together and you won't see anything like it in the typical "benchwork" books.. But it is factual and true, and a colorful collection of personal experiences from an experienced professional.
I give it four instead of five stars because the book deserves a thorough edit. That is usually the case anyway.. So you can go out and pick this one up and dive right in. Instead, it is designed to be a quick reference. This is a great, straightforward guide to resume writing. The main text is only just bearable but what is unbearable is when the reader does the voice of the Zen master. The opposing forces of knowledge, work, subjective, objective described in his framework, produce fifteen different knowledge worker Strategic Profiles. very helpful for understand about bass and drum relation
