Harvey Cox is the Hollis Research Professor of Divinity at Harvard University, where he has taught since 1965, both at Harvard Divinity School and in the Harvard Fac- ulty of Arts and Sciences. His classic book The Secular City is widely regarded as one of the twentieth century's most influential books of Protestant theology. He is also the author of The Future of Faith. Cox lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

I found myself searching the web for other pictures and videos of the exercises only to find that the name the author uses for exercises don't necessarily match up to what other instructors generally consider to be that exercise. He impresses the importance of education and awareness in self defense while also stressing the importance of staying positive. It is beautifully written and the stories themselves, especially if you are not a teacher of organisational economics, are fresh and should be part of your own knowledge. The author presents actual strategies based on your own skillset and emotions, rather than just the same old cliches for success, and that is why this book is a must read..
