This book is written at about a middle school level and I use selections for this book with various middle school and upper elementary school students that I work with. Valerie Lee's historical novel The Jade Rubies touches my heart for sisterhood, womanhood. So there is no way to look up individual exercises -- you have to flip through the whole book to get the same misleading instructions you already got. Any prolific author must eventually face this accusation.
