Mark C. Serreze is the Director of the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC), part of the Cooperative Institute for Environmental Sciences (CIRES) at the University of Colorado Boulder. He is also a fellow of CIRES and a Professor in the Department of Geography. His Arctic research interests are wide-ranging, and include atmosphere-sea ice interactions, synoptic climatology, hydro-climatology, boundary layer problems, numerical weather prediction, and climate change. Dr Serreze has conducted fieldwork in the Canadian Arctic on sea ice and ice caps, and on the Alaskan tundra.
Roger G. Barry is a Distinguished Professor of Geography Emeritus at the University of Colorado Boulder and the former director of NSIDC. He is currently the Director of the International CLIVAR Project Office at the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton, UK. Absolutamente nao recomendo a leitura. Loved getting back to Law, Styx and Paolo. This sequel drives home the necessity of vigilance in this day and age. Annoying and redundant. This book will be very helpful in that endeavor, explaining how the diet works, giving you guidelines, and providing you with a large number of recipes for every type of meal.

The book is written in a very logical style, and goes through a hypothetical situation of the ultimate care salesmen nicknamed 'Killer Monsoon'. I know foam rolling can be effective and fun but these exercises are very difficult to follow, not well described and in a boring presentation/format. I can recommend it to anybody working with or interested in the area. My Mythology professor would have been very intrigued.. Discovered this boo
